Nvidia partners with data center developer Cloverleaf

Nvidia is doubling down on its strategy to sustain the massive AI infrastructure expansion that has become the primary engine of its recent financial success. On Friday, the chip giant revealed a strategic partnership with Cloverleaf Infrastructure, a firm specializing in the foundational development of data centers.

Powering the AI Flywheel

Founded in 2024 with a $300 million capital raise, Cloverleaf serves as a critical intermediary between utility providers and data center operators. The company focuses on securing power sources and essential infrastructure necessary for site development.

While the financial specifics remain private, reports from the Wall Street Journal suggest Nvidia’s investment could reach several hundred million dollars. Reuters has confirmed that the semiconductor leader has secured a minority stake in the venture.
